High INT is super useful like I said, and has a wide range of combat and non-combat abilities that are useful. However, this is probably the best class to use. It's a lot like Oom's seeing what words and deeds influence the tides perk. Thought reading isn't totally that useful, since a lot of the time you can pretty much already tell what they're thinking or their intentions. Nano can still be a capable fighter and has some pretty epic late game abilities including mind control. Good for stealing things and grabbing objects before they disappear forever for reasons. There's not many but some things require only you to use your speed skill and I find this comes really in handy as a PC. But of course, there are so few fights this often isn't relevant.

Since bizarrely you can use any weapon and all that matters is whether you use speed or strength effort, plus sometimes a super specialized melee/ranged or heavy/whatever skill this can also be your fighter just lower HP. Probably better for a more aggressive player trying to push people around and be a jerk picking fights (and winning) or occasionally sticking up for the little guy and scaring people off. It's also useful for Intimidation, which relies entirely on strength, not intellect. Glave is just a tank for combat and a select few physical tasks many of which can be solved by dexterity checks aka speed effort. Each class is really just one of three effort themes. You're going to want to have pretty high intellect and edge for a lot of tasks, especially doing things like merecasters and certain conversations and tasks where you can't use a companion to do it, and it won't make much sense to be a glaive with high intellect. I guess it depends on your playstyle and mentality. Honestly they don't play super different, plus your companions tend to fill out the other class roles.
